What we offer
Our pressure washing service is a special feature we offer for the neatness of your homes exterior. Not only does it make you feel better as a home owner but it boosts curb appeal. We recommend to have your house washed once per year to prevent mold build up. A routine maintenance program is more cost effective and produces a higher level of results. Although it is designed to be a stand alone service and is not included in our cleaning packages it can be added to any of the cleaning services we offer. We also wash driveways, walkways and patios.
What We Do
Due to various factors to consider when performing any pressure washing job we always conduct an onsite analysis before submitting any estimate. Different solutions, equipment and techniques are involved with the variety of material to be cleaned. The size of area(s), landscaping and degree of difficulty is also considered when providing an estimate. Some of our most common requests include houses, patios, driveways, sidewalks. Below is a broad range of prices for most common requests but when performing an onsite evaluation we always factor a discount into the estimate if more than one area is being serviced.
Our Process
Mold and mildew accumulates prominently on the north side of a house, for the most part, and requires regular cleaning to stop the spores from spreading. One common misconception about having a house exterior cleaned is it needs power washed when in fact it is a soft wash process we utilize. We do utilize our pressure system to knock away any dirt and debris and then turn to a soft wash process with a special formula for the removal of dirt, pollen, mold and mildew. We use the exact same process on any house whether it is sided, painted or made of stucco, stone or brick. We do not use a pressure washer to strip away old paint or stain on any wood. The amount of psi required to strip paint or stain would severely damage any wood. When cleaning driveways, sidewalks and patios we do use a pressure washer with a specialized surface tool to clean and brighten the area. Unless there are problem area's that require extra attention there is no cleaning agent needed other than the psi provided by the pressure washer. We cannot guarantee all stains, such as oil, will be completely removed from these areas but they will be lighter in appearance.
